高职工程造价专业人才培养存在学生实践能力缺乏,上岗过程中对职业工作过程适应度低的现象。而现代学徒制是对现代职业教育人才培养模式的创新,可以改进人才培养的不足。本文针对工程造价专业的特点,探索现代学徒制形式人才培养模式,提出建立“双导师制”、工学结合的教学模式、以发展性评价和综合职业能力考核相结合的考核评价方式的人才培养模式,以推进工程造价专业现代学徒制改革与创新,提升我院工程造价专业人才培养质量。 There is a lack of students’ practical abilities in the training of vocational cost engineering professionals and the low fitness of occupational work in the process of getting employed.
