Ag掺杂多孔TiO_2涂层耐腐蚀性与抗菌性研究

通过磁控溅射和微弧氧化处理在纯钛表面制备出Ag掺杂多孔TiO_2涂层(Ag-TiO_2)。利用扫描电镜、X-射线衍射仪对Ag-TiO_2涂层形貌、相组成进行了分析,并探究了其耐腐蚀性和抗菌性能。结果表明,Ag-TiO_2涂层表面呈多孔结构,孔径均小于5μm,Ag分布在整个二氧化钛涂层中。Ag-TiO_2涂层主要由金红石和锐钛矿型TiO_2相组成。Ag-TiO_2涂层具有良好的抗菌性,且Ag的掺杂未降低基体的耐腐蚀性。 Ag-doped porous TiO 2 coating (Ag-TiO 2) was prepared on pure titanium by magnetron sputtering and micro-arc oxidation. The morphology and phase composition of Ag-TiO_2 coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The corrosion resistance and antibacterial properties of Ag-TiO_2 coating were also investigated. The results show that the surface of Ag-TiO 2 coating has a porous structure with pore sizes less than 5 μm and Ag distributed throughout the titanium dioxide coating. The Ag-TiO 2 coating mainly consists of rutile and anatase TiO 2 phases. Ag-TiO 2 coating has good antibacterial properties, and the doping of Ag does not reduce the corrosion resistance of the matrix.
