关于西北地区363kV以上电压等级的论证工作已经进行十多年了,对于800kV电压等级,各科研、设计、制造及运行方面都做了大量的研究工作。新电压等级的选择是电力系统发展的重大课题。大电源的建设,特别是黄河上游水电基地、陕北火电基地的开发建设,势必要求远距离、大容量送电。363kV已不能满足要求,要求有高一级电压出现。否则,许多技术问题,如网络输送能力、输电线路走廊、开断电流容量等将难以解决。尤其是青海和甘肃之间的输电线,若继续发展363kV,输送能力将受到制约,同时也将出现短路电流超过开关遮断容量的问题。
The demonstration work on voltage levels above 363kV in Northwest China has been underway for more than a decade. For the 800kV voltage class, a large amount of research work has been done on scientific research, design, manufacture, and operation. The choice of new voltage levels is a major issue in the development of power systems. The construction of large power supplies, especially the development of the hydropower base in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and the thermal power base in northern Shaanxi, is bound to require long-distance and large-capacity power transmission. 363kV can no longer meet the requirements, requiring a higher level of voltage. Otherwise, many technical problems, such as network transmission capacity, transmission line corridors, breaking current capacity, etc. will be difficult to solve. In particular, if the transmission lines between Qinghai and Gansu continue to develop 363kV, the capacity will be constrained, and at the same time, the problem of short-circuit current exceeding the switch breaking capacity will also arise.
