目的:探讨Ilizarow技术治疗先天性胫骨假关节的疗效。方法:通过假关节截断,断端凿去硬化骨,打通髓腔,断端植骨加压,上伊氏环逐渐调整力线治疗3例胫骨假关节患者。结果:3例均取得骨性愈合,畸形明显矫正。结论:Ilizarow技术治疗先天性胫骨假关节疗效可靠。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Ilizarow’s technique in the treatment of congenital tibial pseudarthrosis. Methods: The trochanter was cut off by cleft joint, the bone was hardened at the end of the fracture, the marrow cavity was closed, the bone graft was pressed at the fracture site, and the force line was gradually adjusted on the Iraq’s ring to treat 3 patients with tibial pseudarthrosis. Results: 3 cases achieved bony union, deformity was significantly corrected. Conclusion: Ilizarow technique is effective in treating congenital tibial pseudarthrosis.
