旅游公共服务是现代旅游活动中不可或缺的要素,其完善程度是衡量区域旅游业成熟度和游客满意度的重要标志。科学评价城市旅游公共服务,明确并解决其存在的问题对于提高我国旅游公共服务水平具有重要的现实意义。本文在文献整理和专家访谈的基础上,构建城市旅游公共服务评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重;并以重庆市为例,运用模糊综合评价法进行案例研究,根据评价结果提出完善重庆旅游公共服务体系的对策建议。 Tourism public service is an indispensable element of modern tourism activities, and its perfection is an important symbol to measure the maturity of regional tourism and tourist satisfaction. Scientifically evaluating the public service of urban tourism, clarifying and resolving its existing problems have important practical significance for improving the public service level of tourism in our country. Based on the literature review and expert interviews, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of urban public service for tourism, and uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indicators. Taking Chongqing as an example, this paper uses case study of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to improve Chongqing Suggestions on the Countermeasures of Tourism Public Service System.
