以己二胺、对苯二甲酸和氨基十一酸为单体,通过高温熔融缩聚合成了一种新型的半芳香耐高温聚酰胺(PA),即共聚酰胺PA6T/11。采用特性黏度、傅里叶红外光谱对PA6T/11的结构进行了表征,并采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了PA6T/11的非等温结晶动力学,然后用莫志深法对其非等温结晶动力学进行了描述,并采用Kissinger方法和Khanna方法计算了相关结晶动力学参数。结果表明:莫志深法较好地描述了PA6T/11的非等温结晶过程;PA6T/11在非等温结晶条件下的结晶活化能和结晶速率系数分别为-324.836kJ/mol和42.1 h-1。
A new type of semi-aromatic high temperature polyamide (PA), copolyamide PA6T / 11, was synthesized by high temperature melt polycondensation using hexamethylenediamine, terephthalic acid and aminoundecanoic acid as monomers. The structure of PA6T / 11 was characterized by means of intrinsic viscosity and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PA6T / 11 was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics is described, and the related crystal kinetic parameters are calculated using the Kissinger method and the Khanna method. The results show that the non-isothermal crystallization process of PA6T / 11 is better described by Mo Zhi-Shen method. The activation energy and crystallization rate coefficient of PA6T / 11 under-isothermal crystallization are -324.836kJ / mol and 42.1 h-1, respectively .
