目的 了解贵州汉族人群 D16 S5 39、D7S82 0、D13S317基因座的遗传多态性分布。方法 应用聚合酶链反应复合扩增技术 ,对 15 4名无血缘关系的汉族个体进行 D16 S5 39、D7S82 0、D13S3173个短串联重复序列 (short tandem repeats,STR)基因座等位基因频率进行了调查分析 ,并与其他汉族人群进行了比较。结果 3个 STR基因座基因频率的分布均符合 Hardy- Weinberg平衡 ,3个 STR基因座总个体识别率为 0 .996 2 ,累积多态信息量为 0 .9879,获得了贵州汉族人群这 3个位点等位基因频率数据 ,且不同地区汉族人群中的分布无明显差异。结论 所得到的等位基因频率数据可为贵州汉族人群法医个体识别、亲子鉴定及遗传学研究提供更多依据。
Objective To understand the distribution of genetic polymorphisms of D16 S5 39, D7S82 0 and D13S317 loci in Guizhou Han population. Methods The frequency of allele frequencies of short tandem repeats (STR) loci D16 S5 39, D7S82 0, D13S3173 were detected in 15 Han unrelated individuals using polymerase chain reaction-multiplex amplification. Survey and analysis, and compared with other Han population. Results The frequency distribution of the three STR loci was in line with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The total individual identification rate of the three STR loci was 0.996 2, the cumulative polymorphic information was 0.9879, and the three Han populations of Guizhou were obtained Site allele frequency data, and there is no significant difference in Han population in different areas. Conclusion The obtained allele frequency data can provide more evidences for the forensic identification, paternity testing and genetics of foreigners in Guizhou Han population.
