将繁琐的常规加工方法简化为一道加工工序,用CAD/CAM计算机辅助技术建模、通过数控机床旋转轴功能实现一次定位加工多个形状要素,并利用3R柔性夹具实现零件的可靠定位与准确装夹。该加工方法克服了常规加工中须多次装夹定位,零件质量不稳定、生产效率低下等弱点,达到质量与效率双提高的目标。
The tedious conventional processing method is simplified into a machining process, CAD / CAM computer-aided modeling technology, through the function of the rotary axis of the CNC machine to achieve a positioning processing of multiple shape elements, and the use of 3R flexible fixture components to achieve reliable positioning and accurate equipment folder. The processing method overcomes the defects that the conventional processing needs to be clamped many times, the parts quality is unstable, the production efficiency is low and the like, thereby achieving the goal of double improvement in quality and efficiency.
