楸树(Catalpa bungei G. A. Mey. )因“花而不实”,扦插不易生根,至今仍用插根法繁殖。由于种根来源有限,使楸树的发展受到一定的限制。从1980年2月开始,我们研究用组织培养法繁殖楸树。1981年4～7月又进行了楸树无根试管苗的扦插技术研究,亦获得了成功。一、材料和方法外植体为20—30年生的楸树萌条和3—4年生的楸树嫩基。在无菌条件下,将嫩基切成0.5厘米大小的切段(每段包含一个休眠腋芽),接种到培养基上。培养基采用MS、1/2MS、N_6和B_5等几种。培养基中蔗糖含量为3%,琼脂0.8—1.0%,pH均调至5.5—5.8。 Catalpa bungei G.
