一个世界性的问题是人们每日摄入的盐太多,导致高血压、肾病等许多“折寿”的疾病。最近,经科学研究,有人提出“餐时加盐法”以限盐,受到普遍的欢迎,被誉为“吃盐方法的革命”。 盐是人体的必要组成成分,钠和氯是使细胞的内外水分与电解质保持平衡的重要调节者。人体几乎一切重要机能,包括神经传导、心脏跳动等都有赖于这种平衡。如果这种平衡受到干扰,正常的新陈代谢活动便无法进行。摄盐量过多,也会干扰这种平衡。我国普遍缺碘,而碘有“智慧元素”的美誉,缺碘可导致智力低下,影响国民素 A worldwide problem is that too much salt is consumed daily by people, leading to many “life-sapping” diseases such as high blood pressure and kidney disease.
