农业科研单位做为我国重要的事业单位之一,档案管理是一项重要的管理工作,是农业人才管理、科研活动的重要环节,如何使科研单位的档案工作紧跟事业单位发展步伐;加强农业科研档案收集、归档、流向等管理工作;为单位选拔人才和录用人才的最佳信息,是档案工作人员义不容辞的责任。分析了当前农业科研单位档案管理中存在的问题及其原因,并提出了档案管理的对策。
As an important institution in our country, the agricultural scientific research unit is an important management task and an important link of agricultural talent management and scientific research activities. How to make the archival work of scientific research units keep pace with the development of public institutions? Research archives collection, archiving, flow direction and other management work; the best information for the selection of personnel and employment of personnel units, is the bounden duty of archivists. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the file management of agricultural research institutes and their causes and puts forward the countermeasures of file management.
