以快速路与常规道路功能明确及两者的有效衔接为目标,针对目前交通分配模型应用中没有考虑道路功能、忽略次要道路等问题,基于多路径交通分配模型,提出考虑避免快速路短距离出行的有效路径路权值的计算方法并进行算法设计。对构建的路网采用改进后的模型进行路网流量分配,结果显示,比较原有的分配模型,由于减少了短距离出行分配量,快速路及其节点所承担流量得到降低,而与其平行的常规道路被有效利用。而且,根据避免或减少快速路短距离出行的流量分配结果,便于识别与快速路平行或衔接的常规道路,为快速路路段与节点的设计、与快速路平行或衔接道路的改造,以及快速路与常规道路衔接段设计提供依据。
