目的研究微波消毒法对口腔抛光布轮的消毒效果。方法将被枯草芽孢杆菌及乙肝病毒污染的布轮分别用微波炉(700W×17%)消毒,通过细菌培养及核酸扩增方法进行检测,评价不同时间的消毒效果。结果微波炉消毒5 min,枯草芽孢杆菌的阳性检出率为0;微波炉消毒3 min,乙肝病毒的阳性检出率为0,微波炉在低火状态下5 min可杀灭口腔科抛光布轮上所有的细菌和病毒。结论微波炉可做为口腔科抛光布轮的常用消毒灭菌工具,从而简化了常规的消毒程序。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of oral disinfection cloth wheel by microwave disinfection method. Methods The cloth wheels contaminated by Bacillus subtilis and Hepatitis B virus were sterilized by microwave oven (700W × 17%) respectively. Bacteria culture and nucleic acid amplification were used to evaluate the disinfection effect at different times. Results The results showed that the positive detection rate of Bacillus subtilis was 0 in microwave oven for 5 min, 3 min in microwave oven, 0 in microwave oven and 5 min in microwave oven, Bacteria and viruses. Conclusion Microwave ovens can be used as a common disinfection and sterilization tool for stomatological cloth wheels, thus simplifying routine disinfection procedures.
