目的观察冷水刺激前庭器官对大鼠胃活动的影响。方法用水囊法观察冷水刺激前庭器官时,大鼠胃运动的变化。放射免疫技术测定单侧前庭损伤后大鼠血液中胃泌素、胃动素的含量。结果对照组大鼠冷水刺激后,胃运动频率在前3 min内明显下降(P<0.05),胃内压在前2 min明显下降(P<0.05)。假破坏组和单侧迷路破坏组冷水刺激健侧前庭后,胃内压和胃运动频率的变化与正常组相似。单侧迷路破坏2周的大鼠胃运动频率和胃内压与刺激前相比明显下降(P<0.05)。放免检测还发现,单侧迷路破坏组大鼠胃动素和胃泌素含量明显低于假破坏组(P<0.05)。结论 1)冷水刺激前庭器官抑制大鼠胃运动;2)单侧迷路破坏抑制大鼠胃运动的频率和幅度,降低血液中胃泌素和胃动素含量。
Objective To observe the effect of cold water on vestibular organ in rats with gastric activity. Methods The changes of rat gastric motility during cold water stimulation of vestibular organ were observed by water sac method. Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of gastrin and motilin in rat blood after unilateral vestibular injury. Results After cold water stimulation, the frequency of gastric motility in the control group decreased significantly in the first 3 min (P <0.05), and decreased significantly in the first 2 min (P <0.05). After the fake damage group and unilateral labyrinthine damage group stimulated the contralateral vestibule, the change of gastric pressure and gastric motility frequency was similar to that of the normal group. The gastric motility frequency and intragastric pressure in rats unilaterally lost for 2 weeks decreased significantly compared with that before stimulation (P <0.05). Radioimmunoassay also found that the content of motilin and gastrin in rats with unilateral labyrinthine destruction was significantly lower than that in sham group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS 1) Cold water stimulates the vestibular organs to inhibit gastric motility in rats; 2) Unilateral labyrinth disruption inhibits the frequency and amplitude of gastric motility in rats and decreases the levels of gastrin and motilin in blood.
