目前我国的改革开放正处在一个深水期,在市场经济制度逐渐完善的情况下,企业之间产生了越来越多的竞争,这种竞争已经越来越激烈。人力资源管理工作对于企业绩效能够产生很大的影响,因此,企业必须完善其战略人力资源管理,这样企业的绩效工作才能够更好的开展。本文根据企业发展的实际情况,分析战略人力资源管理对企业绩效的影响。
At present, China’s reform and opening up is at a deep-water stage. With the gradual improvement of the market economic system, more and more competition among enterprises has taken place and the competition has become more and more fierce.
