孟子说“君子有三乐”:“父母俱存,兄弟无故,一乐也;仰不愧于天,俯不怍于人,二乐也;得天下英才而教育之,三乐也。”(《孟子·尽心章句上》)许多人都说教师是“太阳底下最光辉的职业”“教师劳动创造着民族和人类的未来”。教师职业也因此越来越受到全社会的羡慕与尊敬,被认为是一种幸福的职业。但我认为教师的幸福并不仅仅来自这些高尚的评价,更来源于教师的真情实感、切身体会。近年来,伴随着教师心理问题增多、压力增大、职业倦怠等问题的产生,教师职业幸福感下降。实践证明,一个没有幸福感、没有积 Mencius said “gentleman has three music ”: “Parents are kept, brothers for no reason, a happy; Yang worthy of the sky, overlooking the people, two music also; Many people say that teachers are ”the most glorious career in the sun “ ”teacher labor to create the future of nations and mankind ".
