在中医文献記載中,歷代治療痔瘡的方法很多,枯痔療法,不过是治療痔瘡的外治法之一种,僅就这一个枯痔療法的所用方藥而言,也是多种多样,同時,除文献記載之外还有不少的所謂祖傳師授的秘方驗藥。現在我所介紹的主要部份不是文献中所記載的,而是家傳經我臨床应用有効的一个方法。在介紹这个方法之前,首先談一點中医对痔瘡的認識和各种有關文献的記載,似乎仍有必要,由於時間匆促,手边的書籍不多,蒐集得不够全面,那是肯定的。
In the records of traditional Chinese medicine, there are many ways to treat acne in the past. Dry acne therapy is only one type of external acne treatment method. It is also a variety of methods used in the treatment of acne. In addition to the literature, there are a number of so-called ancestral secretaries to test medicine. The main part that I introduce now is not documented in the literature, but is a method that has passed through my clinical application. Before introducing this method, it would seem necessary to talk a bit about the understanding of acne in traditional Chinese medicine and the records of various related documents. Due to the hurriedness of time, there are not enough books at hand and the collection is not comprehensive enough. That is certain.
