甜菊,学名:Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni,原产于南美,全株含的甙称为甜菊甙,甜味比蔗糖高300~500倍,成为一种低热量,高甜度的蔗糖代用品,广泛应用于食品工业。我国在应用中发现甜菊甙有降压作用。我们于动物实验亦证明其有降压作用。但关于其降压作用的机理及其他作用仍未清楚。为此,我们用猫研究其对心血管血液动力学的作用,现报道如下: 方法与材料 取健康猫16只,体重1.9~3.1kg,雌雄兼用。腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠40mg/kg麻醉。分离颈总动脉,记录颈总动脉血压(Bp)。分离股静脉,插上静脉套管,以备给药。人工呼吸下切开胸腔,剪开心包膜,并缝于胸壁上、充分暴露心脏。分离升主动脉,装上直
Stevia, scientific name: Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni, native to South America, the whole plant contains the nickname stevioside, sweet taste 300 to 500 times higher than sucrose, has become a low-calorie, high sweetness sucrose substitute, widely used food industry. In our application, we found that stevioside has antihypertensive effect. We have also demonstrated its antihypertensive effect in animal experiments. However, the mechanism of its antihypertensive effect and other effects remain unclear. To this end, we used cats to study its effects on cardiovascular hemodynamics.
