采用共振散射光谱和紫外可见光谱研究了银胶与结晶紫 (CV)的相互作用 .在 pH为 4.0的HAc NaAc缓冲溶液中 ,银胶在 345nm和 70 0nm有两个共振散射峰 ;当加入带正电的阳离子染料结晶紫后 ,产生表面增强效应 ,345nm和 70 0nm处的共振散射信号大为增强 ,从而获得灵敏的表面增强共振散射光谱 .这一新方法在生物分析化学、生物无机化学和半导体光催化研究领域有着重要的用途 . The interaction between silver colloid and crystal violet (CV) was investigated by resonance scattering spectroscopy and UV-Vis spectroscopy. There were two resonance scattering peaks at 345 nm and 70 0 nm in HAc NaAc buffer solution at pH 4.0. Positively charged cationic dye crystal violet, resulting in surface enhancement effect, 345nm and 70 0nm resonance scattering signal is greatly enhanced, so as to obtain sensitive surface enhanced resonance scattering spectroscopy.This new method in the bioanalytical chemistry, bio-inorganic chemistry and Semiconductor photocatalytic research has an important use.
