板坯连铸动态轻压下技术的关键工艺参数是压下区段、总压下量、压下率和压下速率。从工艺和设备条件两个方面考虑,对板坯连铸动态轻压下的总压下量和压下速率进行了分析计算;提出了计算轻压下工艺参数的方法,为动态轻压下软件应用提供了理论依据。 Slab casting dynamic soft reduction technology is the key process parameters, the total reduction, reduction and reduction rate. From the aspects of technology and equipment conditions, the total reduction and reduction rate of slab continuous casting under mild soft reduction are analyzed and calculated.
