为研究增血速口服液的抗疲劳与耐缺氧作用,采用小鼠游泳耗竭和小鼠常压缺氧及测定血液生化指标等方法,发现增血速口服液可显著延长小鼠游泳时间和在缺氧条件下的存活时间,明显提高小鼠血红蛋白含量和超氧化物歧化酶的活力及降低脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的含量,提示其抗疲劳作用可能与增强血液的载氧能力和减少自由基对机体的损害有关。
