为了合理确定岱庄矿矸石膏体充填材料的合理配比,采用均匀设计方法开展了28组实验,研究粉煤灰、水泥、矸石的不同配比对膏体坍落度、分层度、泌水率、充填体早期强度和长期强度的影响规律。基于关键层理论提出了充填体长期强度的计算公式,并采用Matlab软件拟合出了矸石膏体充填最优配比,即粉煤灰∶水泥为3.2、矸石∶水泥为4.5、料浆质量浓度为75.3%。该条件下对应的充填性能参数分别为:坍落度184.44 mm、分层度13.87 mm、泌水率1.48%、充填体早期强度0.16 MPa、充填体长期强度3.89 MPa,与实验结果基本吻合。
In order to reasonably determine the reasonable proportion of Daizhuang gangue paste filling material, 28 sets of experiments were carried out by uniform design method to study the effects of different proportions of fly ash, cement and waste rock on the slump, Water rate, filling body early strength and long-term strength of the law. Based on the theory of key layer, the calculation formula of the long-term strength of the filling body was put forward. The optimal ratio of the filling of the waste rockfill was fitted by Matlab software, that is, the fly ash: cement is 3.2, gangue: cement is 4.5, 75.3%. Under these conditions, the corresponding filling performance parameters are: slump 184.44 mm, stratification 13.87 mm, bleeding rate 1.48%, the initial strength of the filling body 0.16 MPa, the long-term strength of the filling body 3.89 MPa, and the experimental results are basically consistent.
