采用溶胶 凝胶法在玻璃基片上分别制备了TiO2 薄膜、掺杂 2 %ZnFe2 O4 的TiO2 薄膜和ZnFe2 O4 薄膜 ,利用紫外吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱等测试手段对薄膜的性质进行了研究 ,得到了薄膜的激发波长、光催化效率和红外吸收曲线。结果表明ZnFe2 O4 薄膜及掺杂ZnFe2 O4 的TiO2 薄膜具有较高的光催化降解性能 ,薄膜在近红外波段有较强的吸收
TiO2 thin films, 2% ZnFe2O4-doped TiO2 thin films and ZnFe2O4 thin films were prepared on glass substrates by sol-gel method. The properties of thin films were investigated by UV absorption spectroscopy and infrared absorption spectroscopy. Excitation wavelength of the film, photocatalytic efficiency and infrared absorption curve. The results show that the ZnFe 2 O 4 thin films and the TiO2 thin films doped with ZnFe 2 O 4 have higher photocatalytic degradation properties and the films have stronger absorption in the near infrared band
