医院供应室是临床工作重要的组成部分,负担着医疗用品的消毒灭菌、保管、发放,医疗废物的回收、无害化处理等工作内容.供应室工作每一项环节质量都会直接影响医疗护理质量,影响医院感染的发生率.笔者针对供应室工作制度,职业护士业务素质、人员管理,消毒灭菌监测与医院感染关系,体会如下.
