用过氧化氢氧化还原型谷胱甘肽制备了氧化型谷胱甘肽,并优化反应条件为:还原型谷胱甘肽浓度200~300 g/L,反应pH 5.0~6.0,过氧化氢终浓度3%。可得纯度99.5%的氧化型谷胱甘肽,总收率为95.9%。考察了产物对对乙酰氨基酚诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤的治疗作用,结果显示能显著降低谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的活性,且与还原型谷胱甘肽没有显著性差异。
