我们用光镜和电镜观察了硷性磷酸酶和5′-核苷酸酶在二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)诱发SD 大鼠肝细胞中的定位,结果发现这两种酶是定位在正常SD 大鼠肝细胞和DEN 诱发大鼠肝癌细胞中毛细胆管区微绒毛上,而且后者比前者丰富得多。并讨论了因癌变而使酶经间质进入血液循环。
We observed the localization of alkaline phosphatase and 5′-nucleotidase in diethylnitrosamine (DEN)-induced SD rat liver cells by light and electron microscopy. We found that these two enzymes were localized in normal SD rat hepatocytes and DEN induced rat hepatocarcinoma cells in the microvillus of the bile canal, and the latter was much more abundant than the former. And discussed the enzyme into the blood circulation through the mesenchyme due to cancer.
