利用DEA-TOBIT分析方法对已竣工的15个大型工程项目的风险管控效率进行了实证分析,通过分析不仅得到了15个大型工程项目风险管控效率的相对值,明确了各个项目的风险管控效率,而且通过进一步分析得到大型工程项目风险管控过程中各阶段投入与风险管控效率之间的关系。结果表明:在有限的风险管控资源条件下,风险规划、风险评价和风险控制阶段的风险管控投入与风险管控效率呈正相关关系,风险识别阶段的风险管控投入与风险管控效率呈负相关关系,风险估计阶段的风险管控投入与风险管控效率无显著关系。
The DEA-TOBIT analysis method is used to empirically analyze the risk control efficiency of the 15 large-scale construction projects that have been completed. By analyzing not only the relative values of the risk control efficiency of 15 large-scale construction projects, the risk control efficiency of each project is clarified, And through further analysis, the relationship between investment and risk control efficiency in each stage of risk management and control of large-scale project is obtained. The results show that under the condition of limited resources of risk management and control, there is a positive correlation between risk management and investment and risk management and control efficiency in risk planning, risk assessment and risk control. There is a negative correlation between risk management and investment and risk management efficiency in risk identification, There was no significant relationship between risk management investment and risk control efficiency in the estimation stage.
