以间苯二酚和六亚甲基四胺(RH)络合物作为相容剂,制备了高丙烯腈(ACN)含量的丁腈橡胶(NBR)和有机黏土Cloisite 30B的纳米复合材料。通过试验检测了复合材料的硫化特性和硫化胶的力学性能,结合X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)的测试结果,对NBR/有机黏土纳米复合材料的结构进行了表征。含RH的纳米复合材料的力学性能远远优于不含有RH的NBR纳米复合材料的力学性能。通
A high acrylonitrile (ACN) content nitrile rubber (NBR) and an organic clay Cloisite 30B nanocomposite were prepared using resorcinol and hexamethylenetetramine (RH) as compatibilizers. The vulcanization characteristics and the mechanical properties of the vulcanizates were tested by experiments. The structures of NBR / organic clay nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The mechanical properties of RH-containing nanocomposites are much better than those of non-RH-containing NBR nanocomposites. through
