目的文章报道了西藏3个优质双孢蘑菇栽培种的营养物质中主要化合物成分组成。方法分别利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取法、NIST谱库检索法来提取双孢菇子实体干粉和鉴定化合物结构。结果西藏栽培的双孢蘑菇具有高蛋白低脂肪、灰分较低、多糖含量较高的营养特点。结论栽培得到的双孢蘑菇的主要营养成分达到了商品菇的标准。
The objective article reports the composition of the main compounds in the nutrients of three high-quality Agaricus bisporus cultivars in Tibet. Methods The steam distillation method and the NIST library retrieval method were used to extract the dry powder of Agaricus bisporus fruiting bodies and to identify the structure of the compounds. Results The Agaricus bisporus cultivated in Tibet has the characteristics of high protein and low fat, low ash content and high polysaccharide content. Conclusion The main nutritive components of Agaricus bisporus reached the standard of commercial mushroom.
