目的:研究菊明合剂对胚胎期暴露手机辐射仔鼠的干预效果。方法:雄、雌性小鼠同笼饲养,雌鼠阴门出现阴栓后将孕鼠分笼饲养,将孕鼠随机分为3组,干预组、对照组和空白对照组。干预组和对照组鼠笼下方各置同型号手机一部,保持24 h开机状态。空白对照组不放置手机。干预组每日应用菊明合剂灌胃直至分娩,对照组和空白对照组无干预措施。分娩后,饲养F1仔鼠21天,测定各组小鼠白细胞总数、骨髓有核细胞数和骨髓细胞微核率。结果:干预组和空白对照组小鼠白细胞数量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨髓有核细胞数显示出相同结果,即干预组和空白对照组均高于对照组;但3组之间骨髓细胞微核率差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:菊明合剂对胚胎期暴露手机辐射仔鼠具有抗辐射作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Juguang Mixture on the radiation offspring of embryos exposed to cell phones. Methods: Male and female mice were housed in the same cage. Female rats were housed in cage after vaginal embolization. Pregnant mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: intervention group, control group and blank control group. Intervention group and control group under the squirrel cage with a set of the same type of mobile phone, keep the 24 h boot. Blank control group does not place the phone. Intervention group daily application of kuiming mixture until delivery, the control group and the blank control group without intervention. After delivery, F1 offspring were bred for 21 days, and the total number of white blood cells, the number of bone marrow nucleated cells and the micronuclei of bone marrow cells in each group were determined. Results: The number of leukocytes in intervention group and blank control group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the number of bone marrow nucleated cells showed the same result, namely the intervention group and the blank control group were higher than the control group However, there was no significant difference in the micronuclei frequency among the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Kumming Mixture has the anti-radiation effect on the radiation of offspring in embryonic stage.
