目的应用探讨二维超声斑点追踪显像技术评价妊娠对母体心功能影响的临床价值。方法选取30例妊娠期妇女并在产后6周复查,对左室扭转进行测量,计算出扭转角度峰值(Ptw)等扭转指标,选取20例健康未孕妇女为对照组,测量相同指标。结果与对照组及产后组比较,妊娠组LVRT,FS,射血分数,E/A,E峰减速时间较正常组均减低(P<0.05),反映左室扭转的Ptw,AVCtw,MVOtw,Untw R,HTU,PTV,PUV亦有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论应用二维超声斑点追踪显像技术可无创性评价妊娠期妇女左室扭转运动特征,并提示妊娠期心脏舒张功能的变化是一种生理性可逆过程。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking imaging in assessing the effect of pregnancy on maternal cardiac function. Methods Thirty pregnant women were selected and reviewed 6 weeks after delivery to measure left ventricular torsion. Twist indexes such as peak twist angle (Ptw) were calculated and 20 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group. The same indexes were measured. Results Compared with control group and postpartum group, the LVRT, FS, ejection fraction, E / A, E peak decelerating time in pregnancy group were lower than those in normal group (P <0.05), Ptw, AVCtw, MVOtw, Untw R, HTU, PTV, PUV also had statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging can noninvasively evaluate left ventricular torsional motion in pregnant women and suggests that the change of diastolic function during pregnancy is a physiological reversible process.
