本文认为杭州国际旅游综合体旅游产业集群动力主要是基于将具有一定旅游资源与区位基础的区域通过大力开发与集群式发展,把静态竞争优势转化为动态竞争优势,形成规模接待能力及较快提升旅游竞争力,从而取得旅游竞争优势。本文从社会根植性、组织根植性、认知根植性、地理根植性等4方面,以杭州国际旅游综合体为例,分析了旅游产业集群根植性与竞争优势形成的机理。
This paper argues that the driving force of the tourism complex in Hangzhou International Tourism Complex is based on the development of a region with certain tourism resources and location based on vigorous development and cluster development so that the static competitive advantage can be transformed into a dynamic competitive advantage to form a scale reception capacity and a rapid increase Tourism competitiveness, thus gaining tourism competitive advantage. This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of tourism industry cluster’s rooting and competitive advantage from the aspects of social rootedness, organizational rooting, cognitive rooting and geographical rooting, taking Hangzhou International Tourism Complex as an example.
