发表于近期美国《糖尿病护理》杂志的一项研究称,美国大约有近一半的青少年糖尿病患者曾试图减肥,但如果减肥方法不当,将会导致血糖浓度激增。研究者称,不健康的减重方法主要包括:过度运动、使用泻药、禁食、催吐、自行减少胰岛素或降糖药用量等。
In a recent study by the U.S. Diabetes Care magazine, nearly half of adolescents with diabetes in the United States tried to lose weight, but if the method of weight loss is inappropriate, it would lead to a surge in blood sugar levels. The researchers said that unhealthy weight loss methods include: excessive exercise, the use of laxatives, fasting, induce vomiting, reduce insulin or hypoglycemic agents and so on.
