我們紅旗人民公社是在去年九月全县(河北孟村回族自治县)公社化高潮中由四十八个小社合并成的。全社共九千八百三十二戶、四万六千一百二十九人,其中回族一千四百二十戶、六千五百五十七人,其余都是汉族。我們公社从成立到現在,虽然时間还不長,但已充分显示了它的强大的生命力。目前全体社員正在紧張而仔細地进行整社和生产,为巩固公社和掀起今年更大的跃进以及向更美好的远景而奋斗。为了促进公社的巩固和爭取今年更大的跃进,我們从去年十二月中旬开始进行整社。一个月来,通过大鳴大放大辯論,共貼出大字报二千四百七十六張、提出意見八千四百六十七条。在整社当中,在广大社員共产主义觉悟提高的基础上,我們从总結1958年大跃进的成就和經驗入手,制訂出了1959年的生产規划。我們的規划是以去年大跃进的成就为起点的。去
Our Red Banner People’s Commune was formed by the merger of 48 small social organizations in the climax of the communes in the county (Hebei Mengcun Hui Autonomous County) last September.
