西安行业博物馆作为“西安博物馆之城”的重要组成部分,在社会服务方面已取得了一定的成绩,能够积极对社会免费开放,提供志愿者讲解服务,发放博物馆介绍等导览资料,主动走出去面向社会开展服务工作,有比较完善的硬件设施。但是还存在社会认知度不高、开放程度不够、面对社区、农村的服务较少等问题。本文针对西安行业博物馆在公众教育与公共文化服务工作中存在的问题提出了几点建议:一是加大政府对行业博物馆的引导、扶持力度;二是各行业博物馆要转变观念,把公众教育作为博物馆社会服务的核心工作放在首位;三是把改进提升社会服务现状作为行业博物馆工作的重点;四是加强科学研究,真正把博物馆藏品转化成展品。希望西安行业博物馆能充分发挥其社会职能,更好地为公众服务。 As an important part of “City of Xi’an Museum ”, Xi’an Museum of Industry has made some achievements in social services. It can actively open the society for free, provide volunteers to explain services and release guide materials such as museum introduction. Go out for the community to carry out service work, there are more complete hardware facilities. However, there are still problems such as low social awareness, insufficient openness, less community service and less rural services. This article gives some suggestions for the problems existing in the work of public education and public cultural services in Xi’an Industrial Museum: first, to increase the government’s guidance and support to the industrial museum; secondly, museums in different industries should change their concepts and regard public education as The core work of the museum social service should be given priority to the first place; third, the improvement and promotion of the status quo of social services should be the focus of the work of the industrial museum; Fourth, to strengthen scientific research and really turn museum collections into exhibits. I hope Xi’an Museum of Industry can give full play to their social functions, to better serve the public.
