作为地跨欧洲亚洲的大国,俄罗斯以1707万平方公里的巨大领土面积,占据了世界版图总面积的四分之一,其中的大多数俄罗斯人生活在欧洲大陆一侧,正因为这样,他们的饮食习惯受到了欧洲原著居民饮食习惯的深刻影响,俄罗斯独特的地理位置,地缘环境,社会人文环境的联合影响,造就了独具一格的俄罗斯饮食文化,俄餐以面包为主食,肉,奶,蔬菜等为副食,其菜肴的主要特点是量大实惠,油厚味重。本文依次介绍了正式俄餐的发展、特点、四道程序里的各类代表性菜肴以及餐后的常见饮品。
As a large country across Europe and Asia, Russia occupies a quarter of the total area of the world with a huge territory of 17.07 million square kilometers, most of whom live on the European continent. Because of this, their Eating habits have been profoundly affected by the eating habits of the original European inhabitants. The unique influence of Russia’s geographical location, geo-environment and social and cultural environment has created a unique Russian food culture. The Russian meal consists mainly of bread, meat and milk , Vegetables and other non-staple food, the main features of its dishes is large and affordable, thick oily taste. This article introduces the development of the formal Russian meal, the characteristics of the four procedures in all kinds of representative dishes and common drink after meal.
