今年三月份建设部标准定额研究所五人去加拿大、巴西,就这两个国家的项目评价方法与参数的研究与应用情况进行考察。回国后他们写了一个考察报告。为让我国广大项目评价专业人员了解这两个国家有关项目评价工作的情况,本刊征得标准定额研究所的同意,将他们的报告摘要刊登,以飨读者。
