EMILIN蛋白家族是一类细胞外基质糖蛋白,参与维持机体组织器官形态与功能的稳态.新近研究表明,EMILIN可能通过激活某些信号传导通路参与调控肿瘤细胞凋亡和血管新生,在肿瘤生长和侵袭转移过程中发挥关键作用.笔者对其研究进展进行扼要综述.
