下面将2009～2013年期间过专利保护期的农药品种的专利情况分除草剂、杀虫剂和杀菌剂三部分列出(在某些地区某些品种也可能专利保护期超过2013年),也有部分品种经授权后,允许延长专利保护期,专利保护时间在2011年～2015年之间。
