“合作”在当今社会是一个较为常用的词汇。有效的合作会达成人力的合理配置、资源的合理利用,最终促使工作的顺利完成。而把“合作”从大的社会背景中拿出来,放在教学中,尤其是小学美术课堂中,也一样会为孩子的学习与成长提供推力。实际上,小组合作已经成为现代的美术教学的一种常用形式和策略。小学美术课是一个实践性、操作性比较强的科目,它可以教会学生如何与人进行合作和交流,引导他们建立起有效、灵活的学习方式。那么,要实现这些就要依靠“小组合
”Cooperation “ in today’s society is a more commonly used vocabulary. Effective cooperation will reach a reasonable allocation of manpower, the rational use of resources, and ultimately promote the smooth completion of the work. The ”cooperation“ from a large social background, put in teaching, especially in primary art classroom, also will provide the child’s learning and growth thrust. In fact, group cooperation has become a common form and strategy of modern art teaching. Primary school art class is a practical, highly operable subject, which can teach students how to cooperate and exchange with others, and guide them to establish an effective and flexible learning. Well, to achieve these we must rely on ”small group
