采用搅拌摩擦焊方式对2 mm厚C24S和2198异种铝锂合金进行了焊接,并对接头的宏观形貌、微观组织及力学性能进行分析。结果表明:焊核区晶粒为细小的等轴晶,其晶粒随焊接速度的增大而逐渐细化,而随旋转速度的提高而发生粗化;接头两侧有较明显的软化现象,返回边的软化程度不如前进边;旋转速度为900 r/min时,接头强度随焊接速度的增加而逐渐增大;焊接速度为90 mm/min时,接头强度随旋转速度的升高先升高后降低,在旋转速度为800r/min时,接头抗拉强度达到最大,为373 MPa,达到2198铝锂合金母材强度的80.7%。
The 2 mm thick C24S and 2198 Al-Li alloys were welded by friction stir welding, and the macroscopic, microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were analyzed. The results show that the grains in the nugget nucleus are fine equiaxed grains, the grains of which are gradually refined with the increase of the welding speed and roughening with the increase of the rotation speed. The softening of the joints is obvious, When the rotating speed is 900 r / min, the joint strength increases with the increase of the welding speed. When the welding speed is 90 mm / min, the joint strength first increases and then decreases with the increase of the rotating speed When the rotation speed is 800r / min, the tensile strength of the joint reached the maximum of 373 MPa, reaching 80.7% of the strength of 2198 Al-Li alloy base metal.
