目的分离和鉴定布鲁氏菌,为病例的诊断、治疗及疫情的控制提供科学依据。方法无菌采集病人血液标本,接种血培养瓶增菌,转种羊血琼脂平板进行分离培养,用Vitek对分离的菌株进行生化鉴定,应用诊断血清进行血清学分型,用PCR技术检测布鲁菌属特异基因、布鲁菌各型特异性基因。结果从患者的血液中分离出布鲁菌,经鉴定为羊种布鲁氏菌,布氏菌阳性血清、A因子和M因子血清凝集试验均为阳性。结论该病例为布鲁菌属羊种布鲁氏菌的实验室确诊病例。
Objective To isolate and identify Brucella and provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis, treatment and epidemic control of cases. Methods The blood samples of patients were collected aseptically, inoculated in blood culture flask and cultured in sheep blood agar plates. The isolated strains were biochemically identified with Vitek. The serotypes of the isolates were determined with the diagnostic serum. Is a specific gene, Brucella various types of specific genes. Results Brucella was isolated from the patient’s blood, which was identified as Brucella brucei, positive for serum from Brucella, and positive for factor A and factor M serum agglutination tests. Conclusion This case is a laboratory confirmed case of Brucella brucei in Brucella.
