分析了我国科技期刊编辑与适应新《著作权法》有关的某些心理状态,指出了编辑在工作中的若干违背新《著作权法》相关规定的心态和作法,浅析了这些不良心态的产生原因;讨论了编辑恪守新《著作权法》进行活动的意义和将编辑的心态调整到适应新《著作权法》要求的若干措施。 Analyzes some mental states related to editing and editing of sci-tech periodicals in our country and points out some mentality and practice of editors in their work that violate the relevant provisions of the new “Copyright Law” and analyzes the causes of these bad mentality ; Discussing the significance of editors for scrupulously abiding by the new Copyright Law and adjusting editors’ mindset to a number of measures to meet the requirements of the new Copyright Law.
