对2002年建成的现代化制浆生产线的氧脱木素段的机械作用、化学作用及它们的协同作用对纤维的损伤进行了研究。实验室及工业氧脱木素的研究结果表明,生产设备的机械作用对纸浆强度的影响可以降至最小,在这种情况下,氧脱木素段的化学作用是纸浆强度下降的主要原因。
The mechanical, chemical and synergistic effects of oxygen delignification on the modern pulping line built in 2002 were studied. Laboratory and industrial oxygen delignification results show that the mechanical effect of the production equipment on the pulp strength can be minimized in this case, the oxygen delignification section of the chemical reaction is the main reason for the decline in pulp strength.
