探讨GD患者细胞凋亡、NO、NOS水平的变化及相互关系与甲状腺免疫紊乱的关系。GD组 2 8例 ,对照组2 1名。分别测定细胞凋亡、NO、NOS的含量。GD组细胞凋亡、NO、NOS水平均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。直线相关分析显示 ,细胞凋亡与NO、NOS呈明显正相关 (r =0 .4 38,P <0 .0 1;r=0 .4 96 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论是 :GD患者外周血细胞凋亡与NO、NOS的变化密切相关 ,可介导免疫紊乱 ;调控NO与NOS可能利于GD病情的转归
To investigate the relationship between the changes of apoptosis and the levels of NO and NOS in GD patients and their relationship with thyroid immune disorders. 28 cases in GD group and 21 in control group. The apoptosis, NO and NOS contents were measured respectively. The apoptosis, NO and NOS in GD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). Linear correlation analysis showed that apoptosis was positively correlated with NO and NOS (r = 0.388, P <0.01; r = 0.496, P <0.01). Conclusions: Apoptosis in peripheral blood of patients with GD is closely related to the changes of NO and NOS, which may mediate immune disorders. Regulating NO and NOS may be beneficial to the prognosis of GD
