2016年,中国政府制订了首份对阿拉伯国家政策文件,宣示了新时期中国对阿拉伯国家的政策,并在回顾总结中阿关系的基础上,描绘了中阿合作双赢的蓝图。阿尔及利亚,作为中国海外投资重要市场,与中国经济关系密切,将从中国对阿拉伯国家政策中受益颇多,本文侧重于政策对阿尔及利亚未来经济发展的影响和阿方应作出的调整。 In 2016, the Chinese government formulated the first policy document on Arab countries, proclaimed China’s policy toward Arab countries in the new era and outlined a blueprint for the win-win cooperation between China and Arab states on the basis of reviewing and concluding the relations between China and Arab states. Algeria, as an important market for Chinese overseas investment, has close ties with China’s economy and will benefit greatly from its policy toward Arab countries. This article focuses on the policy’s impact on the future economic development of Algeria and Albania’s adjustment.
