肾脏可以说是人体的“血液净化机”它负责过滤血液中的代谢废物和毒素,维持体液和电解质的平衡。不过,肾脏的自我康复能力较弱。一旦受损,不易逆转。近年来,由于不健康的生活方式和生活节奏的加快,肾脏疾病的发病率明显增高。在我国,40岁以上人群慢性肾脏病的患病率高达8%~9%,但人们的肾病知识知晓率和防病意识却很差。医学专家提醒,慢性肾脏疾病进程较慢,若能注重日常调理,在病情变化之前做好防治,就可保护好肾脏。 The kidneys can be said to be the body’s “blood purifier” which is responsible for filtering the metabolic waste and toxins in the blood and maintaining the balance between body fluids and electrolytes.
