长寿须葆脑年轻 现在人的平均寿命越来越长,有的国家可达到80岁。人们常说:“现在的人可真长寿啊!”可是,人的寿命还应更长些,应该能活到125岁左右。这是生物的一般寿命,所以人只活到80岁,应该算是早死。 说人能活到125岁,有什么根据呢?这是根据人脑持续发育期算出来的。人脑的发育一般可到25岁。而人的寿命是脑发育期的5倍,所以25×5=125。脊椎动物的寿命全都可用这个算式来计算。 那么,人为什么会早死呢?原因是生活方式不正确。其中主要原因是膳食。过食、偏食,以及化学物质的影响都会缩短寿命。另外,熬夜、昼夜颠倒的生活会破坏人体生物节律,还有人们常说的运动不足,都是原因之一。
