“结构化系统分析”的一般概念一个工厂或一个公司乃至某项业务,都可以称为一个系统,不过其大小和复杂程度不同而已。这里所说的系统因存在信息的流动和传递又称为信息系统。系统的功能和特点是1)其输出结果用于管理;2)搜集并处理数据;3)产生新的信息。若从功能的角度来考虑可以定义为“系统具有处理数据和输出信息的功能,且由一组对这种功能作出反应的相互联系的元素组成”。如果将每个元素以自上而下(Top—down)的方法按层次结构排列,则又可定义为“系统是具有独立处理功能的按层次排列的模块集合”。这就是结构化信息系统的基
The general concept of “structured system analysis” A factory or a company or even a business can be called a system, but its size and complexity are different. The system mentioned here is also called an information system because of the flow and transmission of information. The functions and features of the system are 1) its output is used for management; 2) data is collected and processed; 3) new information is generated. If considered from a functional point of view, it can be defined as “the system has the functions of processing data and outputting information, and is composed of a set of interrelated elements that respond to this function.” If each element is arranged in a hierarchical structure in a top-down manner, it can be defined as “the system is a collection of hierarchically arranged modules with independent processing functions.” This is the basis of a structured information system.
