导游队伍是旅游业的重要生产力,是旅游服务产品质量高低最敏感的部分。新时期河南旅游业的大发展迫切需要建设一支稳定的、高素质的导游从业队伍为之服务。本文基于导游从业队伍建设的迫切性,首先分析导游从业队伍的现状,然后对导游从业队伍的管理提出了一些改进意见。 The tour guide team is an important tourism productivity and the most sensitive part of the quality of travel service products. The great development of Henan tourism in the new era urgently needs to build a stable and high-quality tour guide team to serve it. Based on the urgency of the construction of tour guides, this paper first analyzes the current situation of tour guides, and then puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of tour guides.
